Our support coordinators have worked in the disability services sector for many years .They are qualified in Social work , community welfare studies and business . Our plan managers are accounting and business qualified.
We work in partnership with you, your family and your wider support network. It’s a relationship based on trust, quality treatment and a shared desire to reach goals.
We offer CONNECT INCLUSION RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS -in collaboration with #JUSTFUN for Plan managed and Self managed Participants .
